Using the Lead Source detail view

Use the Detail view to review, add, or modify information for a selected record.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access the Lead Source detail view, select Administration from the Navigation Bar, and click Lead Sources to access the Lead Sources list view. If required, use the Lookup option to locate a lead source, and select on the lead source name. See Using lookup

On this page, you can:

  • Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks. See Using the Task Pane
  • View a group. See What are Groups?
  • Click the List View icon or the current group tab to display the list view.
The Task pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:

Field Name Description
Description Specify a description for the lead source.
Abbrev. Desc Specify a short description for the lead source.
Type Click the arrow and select an item from the list.
Status Click the arrow and select an item from the list.
Cost Specify the cost associated with producing the lead.
Date To modify, click Calendar, select the date, and click OK
