Adding a Literature item

You can add documents to the list of available literature. This list is available when scheduling a literature request. You can also edit information about existing documents, such as the quantity on hand.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To add a Literature item:

  1. Select New Literature Item from the Administration menu.
  2. Complete the literature item information fields. See Literature item information fields.
  3. Click Save.
