Enabling CPQ

You must enable the Infor CPQ integration to access two components of CPQ, CPQ Enterprise quoting, which replaces the Infor CRM SLX Quotes user interface, and Infor CPQ Configurator to define and use configured products for Opportunities, Quotes and Sales Orders in the application.

Note: Only the users with the Administration role can execute this process.

Prior to enabling Infor CPQ, review the requirements in the Infor CPQ Overview. See Infor CPQ Overview.

To enable CPQ user interface:

  1. Select Administration > Integration. The Integrations list view is displayed.
  2. Click Infor CPQ. The Integration detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Configuration Group tab, define the content based on the CPQ configurator product rule sets. For steps, see Configuration Groups tab.
  4. Click the EQ Configuration tab, update content based on the Infor OS (Ming.le) implementation of CPQ Enterprise Quoting (for CPQ Enterprise Quoting only).
  5. Click Save.
  6. Update Infor EQ Back Office Logical ID to correspond to the logical ID of the Infor EQ connection point in ION Desk (for CPQ Enterprise Quoting only).
  7. Enable Master Data Consolidation (for CPQ Enterprise Quoting only). See What is Master Data consolidation
