Return information fields
The following table describes the default information fields:
Field | Description/Action |

Account | Displays the account associated with the ticket. |
Assigned Date | The date the return was assigned to a user. |
Assigned To | The user assigned to the return. Click Finding records | and modify using the lookup. See
Closed By |
Displays the user who closed the return. Click Finding records and modify using the lookup. See |
Closed Date | The date by when the return was closed. The date and time it was closed. To modify, click to select the date. |
Contact | Displays the name of the Contact from which this Return was generated. Click Finding records. | and modify using the lookup. See
Created By | Displays the user who closed the return. |
Created Date | The date on which the return are created. |
Customer PO | Specify the purchase order number for the return. |
Expected by | Date by which the product is expected to be returned. To modify, click to select the date. |
Priority | Priority assigned to the return. |
Reason | Specify the reason why the item is being returned. |
Return ID | Automatically displays the next available Return ID. You cannot change the ID. Not available when adding a return. |
Status | Displays the status of the return. For example, Open, Closed, Pending, or In Process. |
Ticket ID | Displays the ID of the ticket from which this return was generated. Click Finding records | and modify using the lookup. See
Type | Return type assigned to the return. |
