Adding an ERP person (back office extension)

An ERP person represents a user in a back office integration and can be used to assign data ownership if desired. See Back Office

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To add an ERP person you can:

  1. Right-click ERP Persons and click New ERP Person on the Navigation bar.
  2. Complete the remaining information fields as required by your company policies. See ERP person information fields

    For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

  3. Click Save.
    Note: You can also use Edit to modify the ERP person.
