Changing Infor CRM SLX connector server

If you change the server on the Connection tab, the data is synchronized with the new application server. However this must not result in duplicate records.

To change application Connector Server:

  1. Click application Options and click Connection.
  2. Specify the URL for the new application server in the Server field.
  3. Change the user name and password if required.
  4. Click Test to test the new connection.
  5. Select contact sync group in the Ad Hoc Group field on the Sync tab.
    You must re-select the Ad Hoc Group even if the group on the new server has the same name.
  6. Click OK.
