Observers tab
The Observers tab on the Workflow Step Instance detail view is displayed for steps with an action type of Approval.
The Observers tab provides:
- A read-only view of the step observers and their corresponding comments.
To access the Observers tab, you can click the Observers tab in the CRM Workflow Step instance detail view. See Using the CRM Workflow Step detail view
| Field | Description/Action |
|---|---|
| Date | Date time stamp of the last comment for the approval step by the specified Infor CRM SLX user. |
| Observer | Infor CRM SLX username for the observer. |
| Comments | Final comments to date for the approval step by the specified observer. |
Adding observers
Administrators can use the Observers tab task bar icon to add additional CRM Users to the active CRM Workflow Step instance observer list.
