Setting Infor CRM SLX Connector Send to CRM/Record to History Options
Use the Send to CRM/Record to History to set email history and attachment options.
Note:
- This tab is required for Outlook Integration only.
- These options are already configured for Web Client users who set their options in the Mail Merge Word add-in.
To set options:
- Click Infor CRM SLX, and click .
- Select when you
require
to be prompted when logging an Outlook
email as an Infor CRM SLX history record.
- Prompt for Contacts and Leads - Prompts you to select which contacts or leads the history item must be associated with.
- Display History Details before saving - Prompts you with the Complete email dialog box before an email message is recorded to history.
- Display Tray Notifications - Displays pop-up messages that describe activities when occurred.
- In When processing history records, select one of
these:
- Always use Xbar
- Always use Infor CRM Windows Client
- Use Xbar only if you are not signed into the Infor CRM Windows Client
- Set attachment options.
- Select the Infor CRM SLX attachment. . Use this option to ignore small file attachments, such as email signatures, so that they are not saved as
- In the Ignore attachments with these file names field, list the file extensions or any file types that must not be saved as Infor CRM SLX attachments.
- Click if you are finished setting all of your options, or select another options tab.
