New User Tips

If this is the first time you are using the Infor CRM SLX Web Client or Infor CRM SLX Customer Portal, keep these tips in mind:

  • You must click Save after you make a change.
  • If you see a Find icon you must use a lookup to find the record you require.
  • Infor CRM SLX is highly customizable. The system administrator can customize many Infor CRM SLX views and features, and can set the access rights. For this reason, you cannot be able to access some of the features explained in the online Help system, and some views can appear differently.
  • When you need answers to questions, you can find them quickly in the Help system, which contains explanations of features with links to related subjects. On any screen, you can click Help icon to open the help system. Help appropriate to that screen appears. Within the Help, use the Table of Contents, Index or Search to find a particular help topic.
