What's new for offline Web Client users

Remote users only

Use the What's New view to track additions, updates, and deletions to your local database, and to subscribe to accounts. What's New information is organized on a series of tabs. See What's New

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.

To access the What's New view, on the Navigation Bar, click What's New.

On this page, you can:

  • Filter Records. See Filtering records
  • To delete transactions, click the Delete transactions on or after Calendar, select a date, click OK, and click Delete.
  • To view new or modified records, click the tab with the type of items you require to view. Options are Contacts, History, Notes, Accounts, Activities, Documents, and Opportunities.
  • Subscribe or Unsubscribe to accounts. See Subscription and security
