Adding a ticket rate

Use the Insert Ticket Activity Rate view to add a rate for a ticket activity type.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To add a ticket rate:

  1. Select Ticket Activity Rate from the New menu.
    Note: To add a ticket rate, you can also expand Service, right-click Ticket Activity Rate and from the shortcut menu, click New Ticket Activity Rate on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Specify this information in the Insert Ticket Activity Rate window:
    Type
    The name of the pricing rate.
    Description
    A short description for the rate.
    Rate / Hour
    A rate per hour for the activity type.
  3. Click Save.
