What Are Sales Orders?

Sales Orders track the products purchased by the accounts. Sales orders include information such as, the date the sales order was made, the date the sales order was promised to the customer and the respective status.

You can view information about the selected sales order value in the Sales Order Snapshot in the top section of the Sales Order detail view. You can modify the information as required.

Use the tabs on the Sales Order detail view to see shipping and billing information and the products included in the sales order.

Note: You cannot create or modify sales orders in Infor CRM SLX if you are integrated with an accounting system and have enabled the option to allow the accounting system to manage sales orders.
