Working with Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional security layer. Users are required to provide authentication information in addition to user name and password.

If the company has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication, based on the options allowed by the administrator, you can set up one or both of these methods:

  • Authentication application: Use an authentication application to generate a unique and time sensitive sign in code.
  • Email: Use email to receive an email with a Multi-Factor Authentication code.
