Modifying a Multi-Factor Authentication method

Use the Multi-Factor Authentication tab from Options view to set up and manage one or more authentication methods.

Note: You cannot change the authentication method. You must delete the method and device, and create a new one.

To modify an authentication method:

  1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
  2. Click the Multi-Factor Authentication tab.
  3. View the list of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) methods you have already created.
  4. Select the item you require to modify and click Edit Selected Item.
  5. Modify this information:
    Name
    The name of the authentication method.
    Is Default
    Indicates the default authentication method.
    Note: If selected, the authentication method previously selected as the default, is removed.
  6. Click OK.
