Updating multiple leads

You can use the Bulk Action Update window to change the owner or [account manager] for multiple leads at a time.

To change the owner:

  1. Select a Group tab in the Lead list view.
  2. Select one or more records.
    Note: To select more than one record, press [Ctrl] or [Shift], and highlight the records.
  3. Click Update in the Task pane.
  4. Click the arrow and select the information that must be updated in the Bulk Action Update window.
  5. Complete the remaining fields to define the updated value:
    The remaining fields are based on the information to be updated.
    Status
    Click the To arrow and select from the list.
    Account Manager
    Click Find or, use the Lookup option to find and select a record, and click OK.
    Owner
    Click Find or, use the Lookup option to find and select a record, and click OK.
  6. Click Add Property to add another property or and repeat steps 5-7 to select and define the information that must be updated.
  7. Click OK.
