Using the database manager trigger CRM Details tab

The Database Manager Triggers tab allows the administrator to manage database triggers. In the detail pane, the CRM Details tab displays the trigger Enabled option, trigger definition and allows the administrator to make limited changes to the trigger.

Note: The system administrator can only access these features. These features are not available in Oracle environments.

To open the Triggers CRM Details tab:

  • Select Administration, select Database Manager on the navigation bar. Click the Triggers tab. The Triggers list view is displayed.
  • Click the CRM Details tab.
    Note: If the details pane is not available, click Detail in the list view toolbar.
  • View or modify the following information:
    • Enabled: If this check box is selected, the trigger is available for use. Click Save to save any changes.
    • Definition: The SQL statement definition of the trigger. If you modify the definition:
      • The statement must remain a CREATE trigger statement.
      • The trigger name may not be changed.
    Note: Click Update to apply the changes to the trigger.
