The Session Errors tab

Use the Session Errors tab to view the list of errors generated during the synchronization, for the selected session.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can access this tab.

To view this tab you can:

  1. Select Administration > Marketo Session Log. The Sessions list view is displayed.
  2. Click a Session. The Session Errors tab is displayed on the Marketo Session Log detail view.

You can view this information on the tab:

Field Name Description
Description A brief description of the error.
Create Date The date when the error is generated.
Entity The entity of the error session.
Operation The suggested operation to resolve the error.

To view the details of the error, click the description. The entity with which the error is associated.
