Using the Database Manager Table Fields tab
The Tables tab in the Database Manager view enables the administrator to manage database tables and perform table related tasks. The Fields tab in the Detail pane displays the fields or columns associated with the selected table and enables the administrator to manage fields for the table.
Note: The system administrator can only access these features. These
features are not available in Oracle environments.
To access the Tables Fields tab, you can click
and click Database Manager in the navigation bar to access the
Database Manager list view. Click the Tables tab, and in the Detail pane, click the Fields tab.
Note: If the details pane is
not available, click in the list view
toolbar.
On this tab, you can:
- View a list of fields associated with the selected table.
- Click Adding or modifying Table fields in Database Manager to add a new field. See
- Select a field and click to modify the field tab.
- Select a field and click Deleting table fields in Database Manager to delete the field. See
