Viewing Quote ERP Details tab (back office extension)

The ERP Details tab in the Quote detail view displays information from the integrated back office application. For specific questions see the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator. See Back Office

To view:

  1. Access the Quote detail view. See Using the Quote detail view
  2. Click the ERP Details tab.
  3. View or modify these fields:
    Back Office
    The associated integrated back office application. To select a different back office system, click arrow and select from the list.
    Note: This information cannot be modified, once the quote is successfully promoted. See Promote to back office.
    Sync Status
    Status of synchronization to the host system.
    Variation ID
    A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.
    Accounting Entity
    Company or accounting entity as defined by the integrated application.
    Note: Displays notes from the associated ERP system. These notes cannot be modified.
    External ID
    A unique Quote number assigned by the integrated application.
    Quote Location
    The site or office that generated the quote. Click the Lookup option to find the appropriate location.
    ERP Status
    The status within the integrated back office system.
    Document Date
    A date stamp from the integrated application to identify when the information last published.
    Last Modified
    The date on which the quote was last modified.
    Notes
    Displays notes from the associated ERP system from most recent to oldest. These notes cannot be modified.
