Completing an unscheduled activity

To complete an unscheduled activity:

  1. Select Complete an Activity from the Schedule menu.
  2. Select the Contact or Lead option. Based on the selection, click Find next to the appropriate field(s) (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity or Ticket), and use the Find dialog box to locate the appropriate record.
    Note: To remove a Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity or Ticket from the activity, clickDelete next to the appropriate field.
  3. Select the Create a New Unscheduled Activity to Complete option.
  4. Select Phone Call, Meeting, or To-Do and click Continue.
  5. Select Discuss Opportunities in the Regarding field.
