Using SpeedSearch Manager
SpeedSearch Manager allows the administrator to manage SpeedSearch indexes and schedules and set the SpeedSearch settings. You can use the filters to narrow the lists and the details pane tabs to manage SpeedSearch related information. The Database Indexes, File System Indexes, and Schedules tabs are displayed on the SpeedSearch Manager page. Each tab displays different information and SpeedSearch tasks.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can
access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
Select SpeedSearch Manager in the on the navigation bar. The SpeedSearch Manager page is displayed.
On this page, you can:
- Click to refresh list information.
- Work with records in a grid. SeeWorking with Grids in list views and tabs.
- Click to hide SpeedSearch details.
- Filter My list. See Using Task Pane filters.
