Selecting Import Group Actions

Use this view to specify actions to be performed for the leads you import to application. You can add a note, add the record to a campaign, create a response or schedule an activity.

To select import group actions:

  1. Click Next when importing leads, after managing duplicate records.
  2. Click Define to add a note, next to Add Note, and complete the import lead note fields. Select the Active field. See Adding an import group action note
  3. Click Define to add a response not associated to a campaign, next to Add Response, and complete the import response fields. Select the Active field. See Adding an import group action response
  4. Click Define to add a campaign target response, next toAdd Campaign Target and select a campaign. Select the Active field. See Adding an import group action campaign target
  5. Click Schedule Phone Call to schedule a phone call, and complete the import lead activity fields. Select the Active field. See Working with lead import activity information
  6. Click Schedule Meeting to schedule a meeting, and complete the import lead activity fields. Select the Active field. See Working with lead import activity information
  7. Click Schedule To-Do to schedule a to-do, and complete the import lead activity fields. Select the Active field. See Working with lead import activity information
  8. Click Next.
