Working with Dashboard Donut Chart widgets

A donut chart displays segments of a round chart to break down a total into parts. For example, segmenting the number of open tickets by urgency.

To define or modify the widget properties:

  1. Click Dashboard on the Navigation bar.
  2. Select the tab for which the widget properties must be defined or modified.
    Note: You can add or modify widgets only to a dashboard that you create.
  3. Select Add Widget from the Dashboard menu and select Donut. The Widget settings window is displayed.
    Note: You can also click Settings to modify the widget properties and the data source(s)
  4. Define or modify the properties for the widget. See Widget Settings.
  5. Add a data source for the widget. See Working with Dashboard data sources.
  6. Click Save.
