Sharing word templates with other users

You can share Word mail merge templates with other Infor CRM SLX users, teams, or departments.

Note: This feature is only available in Microsoft Word after installing Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge for Microsoft Word.

To share a template:

  1. Click Manage Templates on the Mailings tab in Microsoft Word.
  2. Select the template you require to share from the list in the Manage Templates window.
  3. Click Share.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Use the Lookup to find the user, team, department that you require to share the template. Else, you can select Everyone.
  6. Select a template from the list.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click OK after adding the users, teams, departments, or everyone is completed.
