Using the Group Manager Usage tab

The Group Manager Usage tab provides a list of all groups and the statistics and tasks required to manage those groups. Use the filters to filter the list of groups you require to view and the group tasks to manage groups. See Using Task Pane filters

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access the Group Manager view Usage tab on the Navigation Bar, click Group Manager and click Usage.

On this page, you can:

  • Select a record and click Detail to view group statistics. The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.
  • Click Hide Detail to hide group details.
  • Click Refresh to refresh list information.
  • Select a group and under Group Manager Tasks, click Reset Statistics to purge existing group statistics. The statistics for any selected groups is cleared of any previous data and begins capturing new statistics from that point forward.
  • Select a group and under Group Manager Tasks, click Disable Statistics to stop collecting group statistics.
