Adding an import group action response

Use this view to add a response to each imported lead. Responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. The response displays on the Responses tab in the detail views.

To add an import group action response:

  1. Create an import action and click Define next to Add Response when importing leads.
  2. Click the Lead Source arrow to select a lead source.
  3. Click the Response Date in Calendar field.
  4. Click the Status arrow and select an item from the list.
  5. Click the Response Method arrow and select an item from the list.
  6. Click Campaign Find to find a campaign if required. Your selection is added to the window. See Finding records
  7. Click the Interest arrow to select a description for how the contact or lead responded.
  8. Click the Interest Level arrow to indicate how interested is the contact or lead.
  9. Specify any notes in the Comments field.
  10. Click Save.
