Associating a Back Office

A back office is an integrated external application that manages the financial, manufacturing, or distribution processes. See Back Office

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To associate a back office:

  1. Click the Back Offices tab, and click Associate on the Integration detail view. See Using the Integration detail view
  2. Click the Back Office arrow and select a back office from the list.
  3. Specify the Logical ID for your ERP in the Logical ID field.
    The Logical ID that is generated when configuring connection information for the ERP in ION Desk.
  4. Click OK.
