Adding Sales Order and Quote products

You can add products using the Add Product view or add custom products by using the Products tab grid. Use the Lookup to filter the list of products and packages. After you add a product, you can modify the product details, such as the discount, adjusted price and quantity. See Adding or modifying a custom product

To add:

  1. Click the Products tab and lick Include Product from the Sales Order detail view to access the Add Product view. See Adding or modifying a custom product
    Note: To access this view, you can also click the Products tab, and click Include Product from the Quote detail view. See Using the Quote detail view
  2. Use the Lookup option to find and select products to be added. See Finding records
  3. Click Add Selected to add the selected products.
  4. Click Close when finished adding products.
