Deleting a plugin

You can delete plugins only if the Company field value is other than Infor or SalesLogix and the plugin is not read-only. You cannot delete system plugins where the Company is Infor or SalesLogix or if it is marked as read-only.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. For more information see What are Roles and Secured Actions?.

To delete a plugin:

  1. Select the plugin in the Plugin list view to delete.
  2. Click Delete Plugin in the Task pane.
    Note: 
    • You can also click the plugin. The Plugin detail view is displayed. Click the Delete option to delete the plugin.
    • If a selected plugin cannot be deleted, a message displays explaining why the plugin cannot be deleted.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
