Ship To tab

The Ship To tab displays associated shipping address information. This information is for display only and must be added or modified in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator. See Back Office.

On this page you can:

  • Access the Ship To tab: Select the Account or Bill To detail view and click the Ship To tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs.
  • View shipping address details: Click the Name link to access the Ship To detail view.
  • Add Ship To address: Click Add Ship to and follow the steps for adding a ship to. See Adding Ship To information.
Note: You can only add a Ship To, to an account that is promoted.
