Using the Ticket Activity Rate detail view

Use the Ticket Activity Rate detail view to view, modify, or delete a rate for a ticket activity type.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

To access the Ticket Activity Rate detail view:

  1. Expand Service, and click Ticket Activity Rates on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Find the ticket rate you require to access and click the Description link. See Using lookup

On this page, you can:

  • Modify a ticket rate:
    1. Access the Ticket Activity Rate detail view.
    2. Make changes as required to the Type, Description, or Rate / Hour fields.
    3. Click Save.
  • Delete a Ticket Activity Rate:
    1. Access the Ticket Activity Rate detail view.
    2. Click Delete.
    3. Click OK.
      Note: If you delete a ticket rate, that charge type is removed from all previous ticket activities where it is used. You can still view the ticket activity, but the charge type field remains blank.
