Closing a return

The stage at which a return is closed and the person responsible for closing the return based on the process within your company. As an example, when the product is returned by the customer and the replacement product is shipped, that can be the stage at which you can close a return.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users cannot access full functionality.

To close a return you can:

  • Access the Return detail view. See Open the Return Detail view.

  • Click the arrow in the Status field, and select Closed from the list.
  • Click Save.
