Working with the Entity Manager Relationships tab

The Relationships tab on the Entity Manager view is displayed only when the detail pane is active. The Relationships tab lists all relationships with a selected entity. From this tab, you can add, modify, or delete relationships. See Using the Entity Manager

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

On this page, you can:

  • Access the Entity Manager Relationships tab:
    • Select Entity Manager the Navigation Bar.
    • Select a record in the Entity Manager list.
      Note: If required, click Detail. The details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.
    • Select Relationships and view the information in the lower pane.
  • Add a relationship. See Adding relationships
  • Modify a relationship. See Modifying relationships
  • Delete a relationship:
    • Select the appropriate entity from the Entity Manager list.
    • Select the relationship you require to remove on the Relationships tab.
    • Click Delete.
  • Add or hide a column: Click and select the field for the columns you require to display in the grid and clear the fields of the columns you require to hide in the grid. When finished, move the cursor off of the menu and click to close the menu.
