Responses tab

Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead detail views to see contact and lead responses. Responses are used to keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or modify the response information.

The Responses tab displays this response information:

  • Contact (Account detail view only)
  • Response Date
  • Interest
  • Status
  • Interest Level
  • Lead Source
  • Campaign

You can click the Responses tab, on the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, to view responses for the current record. If the Responses tab is not visible, click More Tabs. See More tabs
