Responses tab
Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead detail views to see contact and lead responses. Responses are used to keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or modify the response information.
The Responses tab displays this response information:
- Contact (Account detail view only)
- Response Date
- Interest
- Status
- Interest Level
- Lead Source
- Campaign
You can click the Responses tab, on the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, to view responses for the current record. If the Responses tab is not visible, click . See More tabs
