Using the Quote Details tab

The Details tab is displayed in the Quote detail view. This tab contains specific information about the quote, such as the order location, who requested the quote, and the date on which the quote status most recently changed.

To view the Details tab:

  1. Select the Details tab from the Quote detail view of the quote to be changed. If the tab is not visible, select More Tabs. See More tabs.
  2. View or modify this information:
    Account Manager
    Click Find to find the person or team within the organization that manages the account and the quote. See Finding records
    Contact
    Click Find to find the contact requesting the quote.
  3. Click Save.
