Using the Ticket Activity Rates list view
Ticket rates are the pricing system rates or charges for activities, such as On-site Consulting, Research, Telephone Support, or Installation, performed for resolving tickets. When you add an activity to a ticket, you must assign a rate or charge for the activity.
With administrative privileges, you can manage the ticket activity rates to ensure you are accurately recording ticket activities and the associated rates for those activities against a customer contract.
Note: The system administrator and users with the
appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?
To access the Ticket Activity Rates list view, on the Navigation Bar, expand , and click .
On this page you can:
- Use the Lookup to search for records. See Using lookup
- Click to refresh the list information.

The Task Pane contains the
