Working with a Dashboard Customer Journey Kanban widget

The Customer Journey Kanban widgets are used to view a list of the records in each stage of a selected customer journey as well as roll-up statistics in each stage. Any currency values are rounded to the nearest dollar.

To add or edit a dashboard kanban widget:

  1. Click Dashboard on the Navigation pane.
  2. Select the tab which contains the widgets that must be modified.
    Note: You can only add or modify widgets to a dashboard that you have created.
  3. Click Add Widget on the dashboard menu and select Customer Journey Opportunity Kanban, Customer Journey Ticket Kanban, Customer Journey Quote Kanbanor, Customer Journey Sales Order Kanban.
    Note: You can click Settings to modify a Customer Journey Kanban widget’s properties and data source(s).
    The Widget Settings window is displayed.
  4. Review or modify the properties for the widget. See Widget Settings.
  5. Click the Customer Journey arrow and select the customer journey you require to view.
  6. Click the Group arrow and select the group that contains the records you require to view.
  7. Click Save.
