Running the Marketo ad hoc jobs

The synchronization between the application and Marketo is managed by the application Job Manager. Jobs can be scheduled. The Administrator can also run ad hoc jobs.

Note: Only the users with the administrator role can execute this process.

To run a Marketo job ad hoc:

  1. Select Administration > Job Manager on the Navigation Bar.
  2. Click the Definitions tab.
  3. Click Marketo - Execute Single Task.
  4. Right click and select Create Schedule.
  5. Click Value and specify the parameter value in the Run/Schedule Job window, and click OK.
  6. Click Close.
    Set the parameters value to one of these:
    PushLeads
    Sends the leads data from the application to Marketo.
    PushAccounts
    Sends the Accounts data to Marketo.
    PullActivityTypes
    Receives the Activity Types to the application.
    PushLeads
    Sends the Leads data to Marketo.
    PullActivities
    Receives the Activity data to the application.
    PullChanges
    Receives the updates to the application.
    PushSalesPeople
    Sends the users data to Marketo.
    PushOpportunities
    Sends the Opportunities data to Marketo.
    PullPeople
    Receives the people data to the application.
    PushOppContacts
    Used to independently send the opportunities data to Marketo.
    PullScoreChanges
    Receives score Marketo updates to the application.
    PullPartitions
    Receives the partitions to the application.
    Note: For Ad hoc jobs of Opportunities, you must run the PushOpportunities and the PushOppContacts jobs, to push the records to Marketo.
