Using the Qualification detail view

Use the Qualification detail view to view, add, or modify information for a selected record.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. See What are Roles and Secured Actions?

You can click Administration > Qualifications to view the Qualifications detail view.

You can use Lookup to locate a qualification and select the qualification name.

On this page, you can:

  • Use the Lookup to search for records.
  • Click List View on the toolbar or the current group tab, to switch to the list view.
  • Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks.
  • View a group.

Information fields

The Description field provides a brief description of what is being qualified.

Detail view tabs

The Items tab displays all of the items associated with a qualification. See Items

User Defined

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab is displayed until moved back to the section below. See Dragging and Dropping
