Performing process tasks

If you have configured process orchestration you can perform Process Tasks from the Common Tasks section in the Task Pane in some list views.

Note: Process Tasks are only available if the administrator has configured process orchestration.

To perform process tasks:

  1. Access a list view.
  2. Perform one of the following in the Task Pane, Common Tasks section, if Process Tasks is available:
    • Click Click to Complete icon for the item to be viewed and completed.
    • Click Cancel icon to cancel a step.
