Adding multiple team members using list view

To add multiple team members using a list view:

  1. Access the Users, Teams, or Departments list view.
  2. Select the team members you require to add.
  3. Click Add to Team in the User Task pane.
  4. Use the Lookup in the Team field, to find and select the team to add the selected members.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Modify the security rights of the new team member, if required.
