Using the Defect Activity Rates list view
Defect rates are the pricing system rates or charges for activities, such as Repair Defect, performed for resolving defects. When you add an activity to a defect, you must assign a rate or charge for the activity.
With administrative privileges, you can manage the defect activity rates to ensure you are accurately recording defect activities and the associated rates for those activities against a customer contract.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these

To access the Defect Activity Rates list view, on the Navigation bar, expand , and click .
On this page, you can:
- Use the Using lookup option to search for records. See
- Click to refresh list information.

The Task Pane contains the
