Modifying sales order snapshot details

Use this window to modify the tax rate, shipping and discount of a sales order.

To modify:

  1. Access the Sales Orders detail view. See Using the Sales Order detail view
  2. Click Discount, Shipping or Taxin the Sales Order Snapshot. See Sales order snapshot
  3. Specify a numerical discount rate in the Discount Rate field. The number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, "50"changes to "50%". If you specify ".5", the value changes to ".5%".
    The amount is automatically calculated.
  4. Specify the cost to ship the sales order in the Shipping field.
  5. Specify a numerical tax rate in the Tax Rate field. The number is automatically changed to a percent. For example, "50" changes to "50%". If you specify ".5", the value changes to ".5%".
    The amount is automatically calculated.
  6. Click OK.
