Deleting a custom price service

Price Services provide the application users with product pricing and availability information when generating a new quote or sales order in the application. The Back Office Price Services provide the definitions of integrated back-office application pricing services for the application integration. You can only delete a custom price service. When a custom price service is deleted, the standard BOD pack-based price service is restored.

Note: 
  • The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
  • If using OAuth 2.0 first obtain an authorized app ION API’ credentials file for the application authorized app service account. For more information, see Working with the ION API download file.

To delete a price service:

  1. Click the Price Services tab on the Back Office detail view.
  2. Click the Name link of the price service to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete on the Price Service detail view.
  4. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or click Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
