Modifying groups

You can use Query Builder to modify the groups.

To modify a group:

  1. Access a list or detail view.
  2. Right-click a group tab.
  3. Click Edit. The Query Builder page is displayed.
  4. Use these Query Builder tabs to modify the group:
    • Properties: Use this tab to define the name and description of the group.
    • Conditions: Use this tab to define the conditional statement(s) used to select records.
      Note: This tab is not available for ad hoc groups.
    • Layout: Use this tab to define which data displays in the list view.
    • Sorting: Use this tab to define how the records are sorted.
  5. Click OK.
