What is Infor CRM SLX sales intelligence?
Use Infor CRM SLX Sales Intelligence to review the customer prospect to purchase a product within the next 30 days and recommendations of products that the customer can buy.
Note: The security access determines
the
functions
that are available.
You can
contact
the
administrator for
any changes
in access
rights.
The Sales Intelligence groups on the Contact and Account list views display all contacts or accounts with these columns:
- Purchase Likelihood Score: The calculated probability that a customer purchases a product within the next 30 days, represented as a percentage.
- SI Category:The recommended product family for the contact or account.
- SI Product:The recommended product for the contact or account.
You can also filter the groups by SI Product Recommendations and Purchase Likelihood Score.
Note: If you cannot find the Sales
Intelligence group, on the menu, scroll
to Sales Intelligence and select the check box. You have to clear some other group check
boxes
to
view the Sales Intelligence group.
