Working with list view KPIs

Some list views contain Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs. These KPIs are based on the current list of records, based on the group and any filters that are applied. Some KPIs can also be specific to a subset of data, for example in the Opportunities list view a KPI for Average Actual Amount is calculated using the actual amount for all closed-won opportunities in the list and a count of closed-won opportunities.

The list views do not display KPIs until you select which KPIs you require to display. These list views contain out-of-the-box KPIs to select from:
  • Accounts
  • Opportunities
  • Quotes
  • Sales Orders
  • Invoices (Infor CRM SLX Back Office only)
  • Contracts
  • Returns
  • Tickets

To manage list view KPIs:

  1. Click the Manage KPIs icon on the list view.
  2. Select the check boxes of the KPIs you require to display and clear the check boxes of the KPIs you require to hide.
    Note: Selecting a large number of KPIs to display can increase the loading time for KPIs and decrease the amount of horizontal space for each KPI.
  3. Click Save, when finished.
