Creating a team

To create a team:

  1. Select New Team from the Administration menu.
  2. Specify a name in the Name field.
  3. Select a team owner in the Owner field. Teams can have multiple owners.
  4. Select a default profile for the team in the Default Security Profile field. The selected profile is applied when the team is added to another team.
  5. Select the Automatically add user's manager to team check box, to add the user manager to the team when you add a new team member.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Add team members.
  8. Modify the security rights of every team member, if required.
  9. Click Save.
