Deleting multiple activities

To delete multiple activities:

Select all the required activities you require to delete on the Activities list view and in the Task Pane under Common Tasks section click Delete Activity, or right-click in the grid, and select Delete Activity.

Note: If you select multiple activities and they are recurring, only the selected occurrence or occurrences of the recurring activity are deleted.
Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
