Accepting or declining an activity
To accept or decline an activity:

Access the Confirmations group on the
Activities view, and click the New link in the Notification column for the confirmation you
require to accept or decline
Note:
- You can also click Unconfirmed, and click the activity regarding information that displays in blue text next to the activity icon from the Alerts view. See Using alerts
- Double-click the unconfirmed activity you require to access in the
Calendar view.Note: Your calendar security determines whose activities you can schedule, modify, complete, or delete. You can also view activities associated with contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, or tickets that you can access.
- Review the activity details.
- Specify a response in the Reply field.

Click
Accept or
Decline.
Note: You can also accept or decline a new confirmation without reviewing the details from the Alerts Unconfirmed tab by selecting the confirmation and clicking Accept or Decline. See Using alerts
